I got this book as required text for a graduate management class. It does have a lot of useful information, especially with statistic's graphing in Excel, but the book is just difficult to read. I'm not sure there ever was an intended audience but simply to cram enough words in a book and charge an obscene amount for it. I will say though for the class I took, the kindle version was very nice as test questions (mid-term and final) came straight from the book and were easy to look up and reference.
I still want to use this book but this is how I recieved it.
Spine of book (hardcover) wasn’t connected to pages. Book is a few page flips away from falling apart. Not sure any quality is being managed by seller... Book needs the be rebound or glued.

On the webpage to order this paperback version of this book, no where does it state that this version 'features alterations, customizations, and adaptations from the North American version.' Also, no where does it list that this book is an 'exclusive edition for the benefit of students outside the United States and Canada.'I am extremely concerned over this information especially since it is directly printed on the softcover of the book. I would not have ordered the softcover if this information would have been available to me upfront. Amazon has done a poor job prepresenting this option of book for sale. I am very disappointed in this and feel like I just had a 'bait and switch' pulled on me.I have not 'opened' the book yet, because I do not know what to expect as in if the pages are numbered the same as the hardcover or not.Again, I am very disappointed in the Amazon information on this book.
I purchased a book and unfortunately the book was not the book i needed for class. I decided to return it and the process proved easy.
